Pool and Parking
Pool Information:
- Pool Hours: Open from 8:00 a.m. to dusk.
- No night swimming.
- Open year round, but not heated.
Pool is available to Owners & Guests of 30A Townhomes.
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult. No glass containers in the pool area.
**Please** Keep the gate closed - this is a State Requirement and Safety issue!
Parking Information:
- No parking on the streets. Use garages or driveways.
- Pool/Mail Kiosk Parking: 5-minute pick-up/drop-off only.
- Overflow Parking: Nine spots at Southern Self Storage (notify their office in advance).
**Golf Carts**: Must be parked in garages or driveways. Drivers must be 16+ years old. Prohibited Vehicles.
No trailers, campers, boats, oversized vehicles, or watercraft may be stored or parked in the community.
